SHIPPING PROCESS?

Once order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address that was provided during the purchasing process. U.S. shipping can take 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner). Business days does not include holidays and weekends.

Expedited Shipping is roughly 2-4 business days (sometimes sooner).

For USVI purchases. Once in St. Croix order can be picked up the same or next business day (please call 340.513.4227 to make sure order is processed). Next day sea flight services for St.Thomas/St. John orders.
International Shipping through USPS does take longer.

RETURN POLICY?

All SALES ARE FINAL due to sanitary reasons. If there is any issues with your order because things do happen, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and each situation will be handled accordingly.

VIRGIN HAIR ORDERING?

We carry only Virgin Hair in store, all orders are being processed in store. Online store is an extension of actual location.

RAW VIRGIN HAIR ORDERING?

Raw Virgin Hair takes longer to process due to items coming from our warehouse directly from India. U.S. orders, allow 7-10 business days for order to get to you.
